Returns
As all of our products are hand-crafted art, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once items have shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, let me know and I will deal with it on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Orders may be refunded if we cannot process the order for some reason, and will be refunded to the original payment method.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded due to issues. Sale items cannot be refunded, as they are marked down as old stock, or damages.
